yummy low cal healthy stir fry

This is another family favourite...
1 chicken breast cut into strips
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper cut into strips
2 stalks celery
1 carrot diced
1 package yam noodles
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tbsp honey

heat wok/pan over med-high, spray with cooking spray or lightly coat with vegetable oil. cook chicken until no longer pink. Add vegetables to pan, stir fry for 5 minutes, add noodles Mix all other ingredients together and add to pan, cook for another 5-10 minutes. Serve. Makes about 4 servings.

YUM!!! I've got a recipe something like this, but not with the Thai/Indonesian twist you have here (peanut butter, chili, etc). Sounds deeeeeeeelish! Gotta try this!!
