While browsing the "international" isle at the supermarket I came across this wondering spice. It's called Cool Runnings Fish Seasoning. I use it whenever I am short on time and don't know what else to do with my fish. So far I have tried it on tilapia, cod and sole. I am happy to report it is MSG free so no need to worry about those pesky reactions to MGS (sneezing, watery eyes, itchy skin among others)
Just spray a foil lined baking sheet with PAM, lay fish down on sheet and sprinkle generously with Fish Seasoning. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes...and viola perfect Island seasoned fish. It's a little spicey so if you are not a fan of the heat just use less seasoning!
Pair with rice and steamed veg and you are good to go!!
