Chili Quesadillas

After I made such a HUGE pot of chili there was tonnes left over. Since I am the only in the house who will eat the same thing everyday for dinner until whatever it is is finished, i decided to make quesadillas with some of the leftovers.
I took 1 large flour tortilla, placed it on a foiled lined baking sheet which was sprayed with PAM, baked it in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, then took it out and spread some chili on it, covered the chili with mozarella cheese and placed another tortilla on top, covered with a little more cheese. Then I baked the whole thing for about 15 minutes, until the  cheese on top was melted and golden.
Once it was out of the oven for a few minutes I was able to cut the quesadilla into 4 quarters, one for each of us. cheesy, yumminess!
